It’s not every day that someone decides to launch a new Tier 1 construction firm, but with his heritage, Andrew Roberts was just the person to do it.
We were brought in to manage the new brand development until the full-time marketing role came onboard. Following a false start with their existing designer, we initiated a design process to identify the right logo for two of the brands in the Roberts Family stable – Roberts Pizzarotti and RF Capital. Mint then rolled out the new brand across a range of tendering
tools and worked with the BD team to produce several major commercial tenders. Interviewing team members we wrote up and produced the full suite of team CVs for ongoing use.
